Hiro was on his way walking out of the 6th squad barracks, with intentions of seeing what his squad was up to. He hadn't given any particular orders for the squad to do, letting them have the day off, in a way, with only minimal manning that was necessary. He was curious as to what they were doing with a day off, as he only gave them a few days a month to have to themselves. He figured that he should start interacting with the squad, like he used to, but had gotten caught up in paperwork, doing most work since he had yet to pick a vice captain just yet, after losing his last one about a month ago. He walked outside the barracks, noticing the slight breeze, making the day seem cool and calm, and proceeded to walk towards the courtyard.

kenji smilled today was a nice day. and squad six was had a nice barracks to nice if you asked him. he walked in here with three members of his squad and started a "training exersize" with squad six. mostly becouse he didn't like the fact that they werent squad 11. now he stood in the courtyard almost surrounded. his three people beaten. not by squad six of course no kenji himself had beaten them becouse they served poorly. the first rule of squad 11 you fight till you cant fight any longer. the second and possably most important. YOU DO NOT DISSAPOINT THE CAPTAIN.
kenji smilled as he blocked a strike from one of the random people and brought his swords hilt down on the back of his head knocking him unconsios. "I LOVE THIS GAME. its like wackamole only they bleed". his voice had far to much glee in it for what he was actually doing.

Hiro looked in front of him to the courtyard as he saw a crowd of people, yelling and shouting. Then he heard the unmistakable voice of Kenji. All the sudden he knew what was going on. 'Damn the barbaric man. This is the second time this week he's attacked another squad. What drives him to do this?' He shunpo'd into the center of the crowd, only to see another member of his squad charge the captain. He quickly grabbed him, shunpo'd him out of the way, and then shunpo'd back, behind Kenji. "CAPTAIN KENJI ARMIL!! Cease this barbaric nonsense now. I will not tolerate such acts of scrutiny within my Squad, and I sure will not stand it coming from you. Now take you squad members, and leave the 6th squad area at once." he said, fuming at Kenji.

kenji looked in mild supprise as captain hiro now fumed. "oooh look at you pertending to be a captain... cute really". he pated the other captain on the head "but listen we all know that your a noble so why dont you go back to messing around with your cousen and all that other royal stuff so i can get back to beating the hell out of these poorly trained meat bags you call fighters".
he smilled gleefully at the other captain. he didn't particuallarly like the other. he was a noble people born with silverspoons in there mouth could never be as strong as people who actually earned there standing. he just continued to stare at him kindly. in a im hear and im not leaving till ya make me. kind of way.

Hiro looked at Kenji, hearing what he had to say, as it only made him angrier, as well as the way he was looking at Hiro. "All Squad 6 members, pull back now. I allowed you the day off, you need not spend it fighting such imbeciles. Gather up those who are injured, and take those who are seriously injured to an extent you can't treat yourself to Squad 4. Only if you can't treat them yourself. I don't want to burden Captain Rumor just because someone can't keep his sword sheathed." Hiro looked around as his squad immediately followed his orders, gathering those who were knocked out from the fight. He looked at Kenji, who still had the same look on his face, and felt disgusted by it. "Now Kenji, do you see what's happening here?" he started saying as he motioned to his squad. "They're doing what I ask, not just because I'm captain, but because of respect. Unlike you, I take time to interact with my squad, get to know them, to let them know that I'm not a stuck up noble. Unlike your tactics which involve beating your own squad to a pulp because they're 'not good enough'. What you do in your squad is up to you, but don't interfere with mine. Now, I will say it one more time. Leave this area at once. I don't want to have to force you away."

kenji started to laugh a bit then he blew out into full on laughter. "respect... no no thats not how you get anything done. i tryed it once... it doesn't work people dont respect one anothers wishes people dont listen to one another. AND PEOPLE ARE NOT LOYAL. the only way to get some one to stay with you on your side is to command them to break them to the point where they fear you more then death its self. if you couse them to fear you THEY WILL STAY". kenji now had an insane look on him not of the killing veraty if anything it was a look of intense pain and anger. as if some barried memories were stered and thous memeries where now fulling his already intense rage. "so hiro... make me leave i bet you 30 bucks youl regret ever trying something that stupid".

Hiro looked at Kenji for a second. He could tell Kenji was in a mood to attack anything and everything that moved. Fighting him was the least of his concerns. Getting him away was. Hiro could no longer tolerate Kenji's actions, between attacking his squad and the behavior he showed towards Hiro. He shunpo'd behind Kenji really quick, saying "I regret nothing for my squad. Now leave." as he went to grab Kenji by the back of his haori to shunpo him back to the Squad 11 barracks. He wanted Kenji gone, and that obviously meant going at a more personal and physical level than he wanted.

kenji twiched as he was suddenly moved to the squad 11 barracks "well that was just stupid on your part i mean now your alone IN MY SQUAD ****". kenji turned and threw a punch as hard as he could at the other captain. he would make full well on his promise he would regret makeing kenji leave squad six. "you nobles are like toilet paper. brake easy and are only good for cleaning shit up".
