Personality: Hiro can be very generous for someone from a noble family. He always lets his ideas known when they're appropriate to be given, but sometimes can be rash and voice an idea he follows strongly. He is always helpful to those in need of help, as long as they can give respect back and not take his assistance for granted. However if someone is disrespectful to him, or he sees disrespect, he will go out of his way to see that the individual will know to respect some one.

sealed zanpakuto: Hiro's zanpakuto is a regluar looking katana, the guard in the shape of half a yin-yang symbol, but with a curve going opposite underneath the curve as well, forming an 's' shape somewhat. The the hilt is wrapped in a blue threading.
zanpakuto spirit: Tatsujindenki (Electric Master) is an elemental spirit, appearing in the form of a yellow fox-like creature, but is surrounded by electrical current. He is very calm despite being charged with a load of electricity at all times. He tends to be silent at most times and speaks only when he feels the need to, but never ignores a question or request from Hiro.
shikai: “Charge, Tatsujindenki” Tatsujindenki changes it's shape into that of a double sided katana, with both blades curved and facing the opposite way. At the base of the hilt on each side is a smaller blade that about 6 inches but sticks out at about a 65 degree angle away from the main blade. On the guard is the half yin-yang symbol, but the point faces to the inside of the blade on both sides. It's main attacking power is Nigenteki Denka, in which an electrical current charges both blades and releases an electrical blast when the blade comes into contact with it's target. It's other attack is Jitendes Denki, in which Hiro rotates the weapon to the point where enough electricity is stored in the blades and releases from the blades simultaneously and creates and electrical blast that shoots forward from the spinning weapon.
bankai: Tatsujindenki Ouja (Electrical Master King) Tatsujindenki becomes separated in the middle of the hilt, as both blades come apart, connected by chain that can extend 30m. The blades transform into 4 large blades, like that of it's shikai form, except 4 times the size of the regular blade and curve out more, and in the center is a Christmas tree like spike with 4 levels. The guard changes as well from the singular half yin-yang symbol into four in which each point extends outward underneath each blade. Both attacks from it's shikai form are retained, but are more powerful. Two new abilities are added though. Denki Tama is where electricity charges from all four blades and concentrates about the point of the spike, then open up releasing the electrical charge at the target. It's second ability is Meshi Boruto in where Hiro slams one group of blades into the ground to act as a ground and the other end levitates as lighting bolts strike all 4 blades and releases a supercharged version of Denki Tama at the target. However while using this technique, random lighting strikes can occur.

history: Hiro Kyoraku was born in Soul Society and grew up in the noble society. At a young age, he became aspired to become a Shinigami, and join the Gotei 13, and possibly lead them as well, just like his great uncle, Shunsui. As he grew up, he studied the ways swordsmanship, become skilled at swordplay. As well as training in fighting, he researched humanity, to better know the people he wished to protect and save, as well as study their philosophies. Though growing up as a noble, Hiro didn't act as snobbish as most his family, but instead helped others who were less fortunate than him. However, he did keep his sense of class, always demanding some sort of respect from others, wanting to make sure that he could find respect in those who addressed him. While in the Shinigami Academy, he branched out to as many other students he could, not wanting to be seen as the typical noble who had everything handed to him. He worked very diligently, training as often as he could to become better, while at the same time helping those who weren't quite skilled as he was. When he graduated, he was assigned into the 6th squad, which was led by Ginrei Kuchiki at the time. He started out as a seated officer, and eventually continued to work his way up, even as Byakuya Kuchiki became captain. 10years before the Arrancar attack, Hiro had accomplished Bankai, but hadn't told anyone since he wanted to train with it before revealing it. After the arrancar attack and it was said that those fighting in the fake Karakura town were eliminated and those in Hueco Mundo were labeled MIA, Hiro was eventually chosen as captain of the 6th squad, for both his skills and noble status. It was then when he revealed his Bankai to everyone, though he still hasn't fully mastered it. He still believes Byakuya is still alive, and still refers to him as captain, and awaits his return.
